  • Primary responsibility for all international shipments (inbounds and outbound), including preparing packing list, bills of landing, commercial invoices, and all other required paperwork
  • Arranging and coordinating shipments with carriers; import/export documents and packaging goods in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
  • Receiving supplies and developing processes and procedures for the shipping/receiving section
  • Coordinating with vendors and internal departments to process RMAs
  • Working with inventory coordinator to organize and improve on current processes
  • Follows all internal policies, processes and procedures for the Shipping department that are in support of the Company’s quality management system
  • As a SolidWorks Drafter, you will work with a team of engineers to design and develop parts, assemblies, and plastic products to meet our customers’ specific branding needs. The ideal candidate for this position has previous design experience in a manufacturing environment, works well in a team, and can manage and adapt to unexpected project changes.

  • Requirements:
  • Drafting certifications required but will consider a candidate currently pursuing their drafting certification or degree.
  • SolidWorks experience preferred (ProE, Creo)
  • General use of computers, sending emails and navigating basic file systems is required.

  • Must be organized

Warehouse position that involves both physical labor and forklift operation (sit down/propane), ticket pulling, truck loading/unloading.  Teamwork capability is a must.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work cooperatively with our existing  team and work independently when necessary.  Must be able to read, write in English.  Additional hourly rate available for applicants qualified to drive a box truck and able to pass a DOT physical & drug test.  Monday – Friday, 7AM – 5PM, weekly pay and benefits available after 60 days.  $13 to $15 per hour depending on experience.  Multiple positions available.

The final step in our production process is inspection and packing.  We pack all of our products by hand.  If you have experience in packaging or final inspection we want to talk to you.  If you can stay focused, count well and keep a steady pace all day we would love to have you on our team.  These positions start at $8.50/hr.  Monday-Friday, weekly pay, business casual work environment, benefits after 60 days.

This is an entry level position in our Engineering department based at our Sherman, Tx headquarters.  The DE1 works cooperatively with Engineering management to learn all the processes involved in design and sample production for our soft sided/sewn goods.

Strong candidates for this position will have the following skills:

  • Comprehensive and specialized knowledge of engineering and drafting standards including codes and regulations affecting design assignment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Engineering or Design field preferred.
  • Entry level designer with 2 years of drafting experience.
  • Experience in Solidworks software for design.
  • Experience in ASME code and industry standard requirements and design guidelines.

Salary for this position is based on experience and education.  Work Monday-Friday, weekly pay, business casual work environment, benefits after 60 days.

Inline Quality Control Inspector will make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified by BOM.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year experience in quality control.
  • Must be able to do multiple quality checks on product throughout the day to ensure product is up to quality expectations.
  • Must be able to enter information into the computer at the end of the day in accordance to daily activity on the Machines.
  • Problem solving ability
  • Must be able to work with other departments to troubleshoot and problem solve when product does not meet required quality standards and correct the issue in a timely manner.
  • Will be required to verify product and packaging is correct and in good shape for shipping i.e. labeled correctly.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel is a plus.
  • Will be reporting directly to Quality Control Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Mold and/or material changes, injection molding machine setup, and execution of    machine jobs in support of production schedule.
  • Perform process troubleshooting, plastic part inspections, and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of all mold maintenance and repair activity
  • Providing technician support to production
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Key Knowledge & Experience

  • Must have at least a High School Diploma
  • Must have understanding of molding process and ability to analyze any issues
  • 1 to 3 years minimum experience as Process/Mold Technician
  • 1 to 3 years minimum experience on Injection Molding Machine operations.
  • Knowledge of Engineering grade resin materials.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (speak, read and write)
  • Must have excellent computer know-how
  • Must have excellent mathematical skills
  • Knowledge of circulators & grinders
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
