What You'll Do

• New Business – Identify and close new opportunities by connecting with target prospects across various industries, businesses, and roles.

• Account Growth – Build the relationship with your accounts and grow sales through service and product offerings throughout their business.

• Company Representation – Be a positive face of the company to support the brand and our presence in the market.

• Process Management – Own the end-to-end follow through of your orders and alignment with other departments to deliver to clients.

• Reporting and Tracking – Manage your book of business and KPI’s through our CRM and process systems.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: hourly, $37,000 to $50,000 yearly depending on experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time.

• Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals.

• Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodation.

• Physically navigate stairs and manufacturing environments during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation.

• Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights and weekends.

• May be required to travel to other company locations.

• May be required to attend conference, events, and training session out of state.

If you have experience in professional or industrial sewing operations, we want to talk to you. We have a full scale production floor with die-clickers, embroidery machines, automatic sewing machines and many other positions that have overtime available weekly. We are day-shift only in Sherman, Monday-Friday 8AM to 4:30PM. Positions pay between $8.50 and $13.00 per hour depending on the job duties and your experience.
