What We Do
Royal Case Company is a diverse manufacturer of
injection and blow molded hard cases, as well as
soft sided custom carrying cases, bags and holsters. We serve various industries, including athletics,
business, computers, electronics, medical, optical,
tool, cosmetics and travel. Simply stated, we
serve any industry which requires portability and
protection for its products.
How We Began
Zoltan M. Pocza Sr. is Chairman, Founder and CEO.
His involvement in the case industry began at age
fifteen. Since 1967 Mr. Pocza has developed and
manufactured cases for hundreds of Fortune 500
Companies. This unique experience exposed Mr.
Pocza to thousands of engineering and design
solutions as well as different manufacturing methods.
In 1982, Mr. Pocza incorporated Royal Case Company
in Sherman, Texas, which is conveniently
located less than one hour from Dallas and the
Dallas Forth Worth International Airport. The
company has 2,000 employees globally and over
500,000 square feet of factory and warehousing
space at the U.S. location, manufacturing the
highest quality custom carrying cases, for quick
turn-around, specifically for the USA market.
Overcoming Challenges
In 1986, Mr. Pocza discovered a smarter way of
doing business overseas – he built his own factories
throughout Asia. Thanks to handpicked Asian partners, Mr. Pocza’s concept became a
reality in five short years. This successful vision
improved communication, quality control, created
more efficient production, on-time delivery and
better pricing.
The continued success of the Asian operations
would take total commitment and dedication.
That meant living and working in Asia, and that
is exactly what Mr. Pocza has done for the past
ten years.
Royal Case Remains Customer-Oriented
Thanks to innovation and commitment to service, Royal Case now offers products worldwide. Our Texas plant provides high quality products, requiring quick turn-around, while our Asian facilities offer high quality, large quantities and competitive prices.
In addition, Royal Case has three warehouses in the USA which provide inventory management and storage for customers with large orders. Cases are stored and delivered as needed to the customer.
As we have in the beginning, Royal Case Company, Inc. continues to discover new ways to serve our customers and improve our industry.
