In 1986, Mr. Pocza started relations with numerous Asian Case Manufacturing Companies. Those first 5 years proved to be very frustrating because of the language barriers, lack of control over quality, production, deliveries and pricing. To overcome these obstacles, which at the time seemed insurmountable, he built entirely new factories of his own, from the ground up throughout Asia, with hand picked Asian partners. To make the new Asian operations successful would take total commitment and dedication. That meant living and working in Asia, and that is exactly what Mr. Pocza has done for the past 15 years. These days, Royal Case is able to offer its customers the world: high quality products and quick turn around from the Texas plant, and the same high quality products at competitive prices from our own plants throughout Asia. In addition, the company has 3 warehouses in the USA to provide deliveries, which are the envy of the case industry.
